Our Refund Policy

At Pickled & Petty, we want you obsessed with your gear, not just "fine" with it. If something's off, we're not going to leave you hanging. We'll make it right.

We'll refund you if:

  • We sent you the wrong item (our bad)
  • Your item showed up damaged or defective (also our bad)

You've got 30 days from your purchase date to let us know, don't sit on it too long, we can't work miracles after that.

To request a refund: Shoot us an email at humphreyscobrands@gmail.com with your order number and a quick rundown of what went wrong. No essay required, just the deets.

One more thing: if you want your gear to stay as fabulous as the day it arrived, follow the washing and care instructions that came with your order. We put in the work to make it good, help us keep it that way.
